Yeah we were talking about the practicality of using a wooden toaster and I had mentioned that it was a good idea. Because the toast would then get a really smokey flavor to it, everyone starting laughing.

What if you could smoke toast, what if they banned toast, flour and other bakery things……now smoking toast is now a thing….what have I done

So, to legally perform in the States, I have to join the AFM through my local division.

And then apply for a P2 Visa for every gig I do.

The dues for the AFM aren’t bad— $129 CAD per year, plus two one-time fees of $30 CAD and $65 CAD.

The P2 visa, however, is $325 USD, plus $100 CAD for AFM to handle it.

So, to legally play one gig in the states, it would cost me close to $700.
